🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage medication for adult or child patients
• Provide therapy in outpatient setting
• Document patient encounters in EHR
• Collaborate with clinical team

📋 Requirements

• Hold an active TX Medical License
• Hold an unencumbered DEA
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Experienced in medication management and therapy
