💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end video production for Merlin, an aerospace startup building autonomy for aircraft. You'll document first flights and military milestones, shaping how the world understands autonomous aviation. This role offers direct involvement in historic moments while operating solo on flight lines or directing external crews.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own video production from concept through editing and delivery.
• Operate as embedded camera crew at flight demos and events.
• Collaborate with CMO to translate technical milestones into compelling content.
• Build and maintain a library of b-roll and flight footage.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and flight operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical quality and storytelling instinct.
• Experience shooting in complex, high-access environments (aerospace, defense).
• Proficiency with professional camera systems and post-production in Premiere Pro.

✨ Nice to Have

• FAA Part 107 drone certification.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
