You'll own the customer lifecycle, drive measurable compliance outcomes, and sustain value across your portfolio. This role offers direct impact on public-sector mandates and mission-driven work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary owner for a portfolio of government regulatory boards and state agencies.
• Develop success plans aligning technology with agency mandates and regulations.
• Lead customized training programs for audit readiness and governance.
• Monitor engagement metrics and deliver 'State of the Agency' insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with government/regulatory accounts.
• Experience with healthcare compliance, state departments of health, or professional licensing.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical government leaders.
• Self-sufficient in a remote environment with complex account management.
