You'll contribute to the development and optimization of Ebury's multi-currency accounting system and FX platform. Your work will directly impact the client and operational experience in a fast-growing fintech. You'll collaborate across a distributed team with an Open Source friendly culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop next-generation FX platform services
• Design new services using RFC process with team
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in developing complex software systems
• Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or regulated sector
• Strong communication skills in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
• Knowledge of legacy code refactoring
