Description

You will own an automation/tools project at Roku, such as extending a Python test framework or integrating CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with engineers to improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program
• Solid Python programming and familiarity with REST APIs and web frameworks (Flask/FastAPI/Django or Node.js/Express)
• Interest in CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and automation/testing frameworks (pytest/cypress)
• Curiosity and experience using Gen/AI LLM tools
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Own an automation/tools project from design to implementation
• Develop clean, reusable code (Python, TypeScript/JS) and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with engineers across locations to roll out improvements and collect feedback
