You'll lead Airwallex's Brazil expansion as a key member of the Americas commercial leadership, shaping and executing strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises. You'll build and inspire a high-performing team while engaging directly with customers to drive exponential growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to scale a global fintech in a new market.

• Shape and execute commercial strategy in Brazil

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive go-to-market experience
• 5+ years leading GTM teams of 10 or more
• Multi-channel customer acquisition strategy experience
• Fluency in English and Portuguese

• Experience in hyper-growth startups, fintech or payments
• Success in growing customer base from the ground up
• Familiarity with local payment ecosystem (PIX, TED)
