🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pastry station for breakfast viennoiseries and breads.
• Create fine-dining desserts and event catering.
• Supervise pastry inventory and minimise waste.
• Guide and mentor commis and interns.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years pastry experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Strong technical command of bakery, confectionery, and modern plating.
• Ability to lead by example during peak service.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
