💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Airbnb Luxe supply team for North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean, driving strategy and growth of the luxury property portfolio. This role combines leadership, business strategy, and luxury market expertise to expand extraordinary listings while maintaining quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Airbnb Luxe market managers.
• Define end-to-end supply strategy for North America and Latin America.
• Design and scale acquisition programs for new luxury listings.
• Manage regional business performance against key metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or luxury hospitality.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing field teams.
• Deep knowledge of luxury travel and real estate in North America or Latin America.
• Proven track record of exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets.
