💼 About This Role

You'll take new Independent Sales Consultants through structured onboarding, coaching them in the field to build skills and confidence. You'll directly shape how Teya's partner sales channel develops and ensure ISCs have the foundations to succeed. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver structured onboarding for new ISCs on products, pricing, and tools.
• Spend regular time in the field shadowing ISCs and giving practical feedback.
• Run structured 1:1s and follow-ups to maintain momentum and spot blockers.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and surface insights from field observations.

📋 Requirements

• Experience selling payment solutions or merchant services.
• Field sales experience selling to independent SMBs.
• Experience coaching and training is desired.

• Experience in a sales enablement or trainer role.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
