You will own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, partner with leadership and hiring managers, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This high-impact role is crucial to Nift's hypergrowth phase, where every hire directly impacts business success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting at a small, fast-paced scaling tech company
• Recruiting experience across functions (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills in hypergrowth environment
• Execution-focused, resourceful, with strong organizational skills

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and desired outcomes
• Develop position descriptions and scorecards
• Proactively source and engage candidates using multiple channels
