Description
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of global customers, handling billing questions, collections, and account-related concerns. You'll serve as a key liaison between Sales and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a customer-first approach to support both delinquency reduction and long-term retention.
Requirements
- 1-3 years customer-facing experience in contact center, customer success, or B2B collections
- Experience in fast-paced high-volume environment managing 20+ cases per day via phone and email
- Knowledge of operational accounts receivable processes
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of global customers supporting billing, receivables, and service inquiries
- Serve as primary contact for billing questions, contract renewals, cancellations, and account concerns
- Perform collections activities to support timely payment while maintaining customer-first approach
- Resolve customer issues and escalations impacting payment, partnering cross-functionally
- Deliver high-quality customer experience from inquiry through resolution
