Description

As a Yield Engineer, you will correlate RF final test results with wafer-level performance to identify and eliminate yield loss. You will develop RF test solutions, manage workflows, and drive process improvements in a high-mix production environment supporting Starlink's satellite internet mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE, physics, materials science, or STEM
• Experience in RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing
• Knowledge of RF measurement principles (S-parameters, insertion loss, etc.)
• Proficiency in SPC, DOE, and data analysis
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop RF test cases and calibration for BAW filters (2-10 GHz)
• Correlate wafer probe data to final test performance for yield root cause analysis
• Use SPC and DOE to monitor and improve yield across manufacturing flow
• Develop Cost of Ownership models and risk models for probe test strategies
• Collaborate with design teams on Design for Manufacturability and yield optimization
