You'll manage scheduling, CRM job creation, and client communications for an NDIS provider, coordinating drivers and care workers. You'll ensure accurate data entry and timely booking confirmations to support reliable service delivery. This role offers fully remote work and growth into voice escalation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Create and allocate tickets in the CRM based on AI triggers.
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent two-hour requests.
  • Send confirmation emails, texts, referral forms, and service agreements.
  • Validate contractor documents and cross-check verification items.

📋 Requirements

  • Admin and scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast and accurate data entry with CRM navigation skills.
  • Excellent written English for email and text communication.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain accuracy.
