💼 About This Role
You'll join a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing allogeneic gamma delta T cell therapies. You'll be responsible for lentiviral vector production and molecular biology workflows to enable discovery and preclinical studies. This 100% bench-based role offers a chance to drive vector optimization and support cell therapy R&D.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design, build, and QC DNA constructs and variant libraries for screening
- Produce, titer, and QC lentivirus from HEK293T cultures
- Perform mammalian tissue culture and BSL-2 workflows
- Execute immune cell workflows and functional characterization assays
📋 Requirements
- BS + 4 years or MS + 2 years in molecular biology, cell biology, or related field
- Strong molecular cloning and nucleic-acid workflows (Gibson, In-Fusion, PCR, qPCR)
- Experience with lentivirus production in HEK293T and titering (qPCR, p24)
- Proficient in mammalian tissue culture (aseptic technique, expansion, banking) in BSL-2

- T cell activation, lentiviral transduction, expansion, and flow cytometry
- NGS-enabled library readouts (barcoding, sample prep, basic analysis)
- Viral vector scale-up/scale-down (cell factories, wave, or bioreactors)
