You'll assist with basement waterproofing and structural foundation repair projects. Your work directly supports a specialized trade with real long-term earning potential. You'll learn hands-on skills in a team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dig trenches, break concrete, and remove debris using jackhammers and hand tools
• Assist with lifting and placing heavy materials like concrete, stone, and steel beams
• Support installation of waterproofing systems, drainage components, and structural repairs
• Maintain clean and organized job sites; load and unload trucks daily

📋 Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand/power tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check/drug screening
