You'll partner with customers to operationalize and scale their privacy programs using DataGrail's agentic platform. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term success, helping customers realize measurable value. You'll also advocate for customer needs cross-functionally to shape the product experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term success.
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects with timelines and milestones.
• Drive platform adoption and help organizations operationalize privacy best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with privacy, security, legal, and executive stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles
• Strong understanding of privacy operations and regulations like GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with privacy platforms or related technologies
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
