Description

You will serve as first-line support for technical issues in engineering environments, design and harden network infrastructure, administer Linux and Windows systems, automate tasks, and collaborate closely with Engineering to build robust and secure IT infrastructure. This is a build role where you operate autonomously and leave things better than you found them.

Requirements

• 6-8 years hands-on IT systems administration or network engineering experience
• Strong Linux administration skills across RHEL/CentOS/Fedora or Ubuntu/Debian
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewall policy)
• Experience with enterprise wireless and RADIUS-based authentication (802.1X/EAP-TLS)
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and/or Python

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for technical issues in engineering environments
• Design, deploy, and harden network infrastructure (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, wireless)
• Administer and maintain Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Fedora, Ubuntu/Debian)
• Automate routine administrative tasks via scripting (Bash, Python)
• Manage identity, access, and authentication systems (RADIUS/802.1X)
