💼 About This Role

You'll own the clinical education strategy for Headway's network of 70,000+ mental health providers. You'll design and scale programs that improve provider engagement and clinical quality. This role combines clinical leadership with the chance to shape mental healthcare access at a Series D company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor network health indicators like provider competency and compliance.
• Develop targeted education and remediation programs for 60,000+ providers.
• Design scalable learning experiences across the provider lifecycle.
• Manage LMS and community platforms for content delivery and engagement.

📋 Requirements

• Active clinical license (therapist, psychologist, PMHNP-BC, or psychiatrist).
• 10+ years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Expertise in clinical education and adult learning design.
