💼 About This Role

You'll architect and own Handshake's enterprise identity automation ecosystem, defining the long-term IAM strategy and building scalable lifecycle workflows. You'll partner with Security, IT Engineering, and Product teams to deliver auditable identity solutions and resilient automation frameworks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect automated onboarding/offboarding workflows across Okta, Workday, and SCIM.
• Engineer integration layers between identity platforms using Python, REST APIs, and Terraform.
• Implement error-handling and monitoring for deterministic identity lifecycle events.
• Develop version-controlled IAM automation pipelines and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering or identity automation experience.
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python and Node.js.
• Experience with IAM platforms like Okta or Google Workspace.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM).

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced GCP IAM or AWS IAM experience.
• Experience with Okta Workflows or SailPoint/IGA.
• Certifications such as Okta Architect or CISSP.
