💼 About This Role

You'll provide troubleshooting and support for SCADA field hardware, communications, and related software at an employee-owned automation company. Your work ensures reliable oil-field operations through safety-driven solutions. This role is onsite in Midland/Odessa, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment
• Perform planned maintenance checks and calibration, submit reports
• Troubleshoot PLCs and perform minor programming
• Build and respond to SAP notifications and process work orders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant automation work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Able to climb ladders up to 50 feet and lift 50 pounds
• Experience troubleshooting low voltage AC/DC power and 4-20 mA loops

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree or certificate in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Technology
• 5+ years in automation field
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Fisher Roc, or SCADAPack PLCs
