You'll join an IT support team providing hands-on desktop and end-user support within a managed services environment. You'll resolve hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac systems, supporting users globally. This apprenticeship offers real-world experience from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve hardware and software issues on information systems
• Manage profile and application version control and licensing
• Provide Level 1/2 support for phones and network
• Support conference room A/V equipment and video conferencing

📋 Requirements

• Specialization in Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS systems
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
• Proficiency in software installation and Level 1/2 support
• Excellent documentation and business communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with System Center, Intune, and Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Understanding of antivirus and encryption solutions
