You'll design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications for a direct-to-patient healthcare platform. You'll lead efforts to evolve the mobile experience, enabling patients to manage health goals, communicate with providers, and access treatment through intuitive and performant interfaces. As a senior member of a small iOS team, you'll have meaningful influence over architecture and technical direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architecture and implementation of new iOS features
• Build real-time, engaging, and accessible patient experiences
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers on roadmap
• Own technical quality including testing, performance, and accessibility

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping iOS apps at scale
• Proficiency in Swift, Swift Concurrency, and SwiftUI
• Experience with multithreading, async/await, memory management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and App Store release processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in telehealth or regulated industries
• Experience decoupling monolithic applications into distributed services
