💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a vital clinical resource for cancer patients, providing triage, support, and education via phone, email, and video. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, oversee member health, and facilitate end-of-life care discussions. This role offers a fixed weekend schedule with Saturday shifts and a designated weekday off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and triage via phone and video.
• Collaborate with nurse leaders and medical directors on protocols.
• Coordinate care across the oncology continuum from screening to survivorship.
• Address member needs including symptom management and care coordination.

📋 Requirements

• Active unrestricted compact RN license required.
• Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) required; BSN preferred.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Oncology certifications (OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM) preferred.
• Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois.
