You'll lead a portfolio of customers, driving mutual success plans and engagement strategies as a trusted advisor for Business Spend Management. Your core impact involves helping customers transform their Source-to-Pay processes to create immediate value and efficiency. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and internal collaboration across pre-sales, product, and post-sales teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish as advisor, providing guidance and internal advocacy for customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with proactive communication and resource orchestration
- Collaborate across Coupa ecosystem to drive GRR and NRR, ensuring business outcomes
- Develop customers into advocates via events, webinars, case studies, and references
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years customer/client management experience in SaaS or consulting
- 2-4 years P2P and/or S2C domain expertise or equivalent technology solutions experience
- Ability to collaborate naturally with negotiation skills to drive mutual success
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
