💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots and workflow automations for BPM's internal teams, embedding AI into daily operations. You'll partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Your work will have immediate impact as part of a new AI-focused development team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evaluate AI/ML models for tax AI bot and Copilot extensions.
• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets for training.
• Build and deploy AI features using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Deliver automation solutions to streamline operations across Tax, Assurance, and Advisory.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience building chatbots or copilots.
• Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Pandas, and Azure AI SDK.
• Prior experience in professional services (accounting, consulting).
