You'll lead strategic enterprise sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets, owning the full sales cycle for Synthflow AI's enterprise agent platform. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth by closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and building long-term partnerships. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth AI company backed by top-tier VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities across DACH
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution
  • Build relationships with C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align client needs

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in enterprise or complex solution selling
  • Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments
  • Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+)
  • Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, value-based enterprise sales
