You'll act as a key point of contact for users in a global digital ecosystem, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of inquiries. - Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries across digital platforms
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with focus on retention and satisfaction
- Support users by guiding them through platform features and addressing concerns
- Handle high volumes of requests while ensuring consistency and empathy
๐ Requirements
- Fluent English is required
- Experience in customer support or customer success roles, preferably international
- Strong written communication skills including fast and accurate typing in English
- High emotional intelligence to understand and respond to user needs
