You'll lead AI infrastructure and production for a consumer therapy product at a high-growth B2C startup. You'll design GenAI architecture, ship features, and optimize cost and latency. This role offers the chance to build a world-first AI product in production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own GenAI architecture (LLMs, pipelines, agents)
• Build and ship AI features into production
• Integrate enterprise models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Lead prompt design and experimentation across teams

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience shipping GenAI features to production
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python
• Experience with major AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)

• MLOps or model deployment experience
• RAG systems and retrieval pipelines
• Fine-tuning or model customization
