You'll lead complex, customer-facing deployments of OpenAI's platform capabilities, defining pilot scope and driving execution across engineering and customer teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define pilot scope and success criteria with customer sponsors
• Own delivery plan across multiple workstreams and teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making
• Manage production adoption and value realization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex customer-facing technical delivery
• Senior technical stakeholder credibility and whiteboarding ability
• Enterprise security and governance instincts (RBAC, audit trails)
• Ops-first background (platform delivery leadership, TPM)
