  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues through logs and services
  • Read code and reproduce errors to find root causes
  • Deliver accurate, timely support to customers
  • Improve documentation and support tooling

  • Python coding and debugging experience (or similar)
  • Comfortable reading and navigating codebases
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
