💼 About This Role

You'll grow patient referrals to Nourish by building relationships with healthcare providers in the Easton, PA territory. Your primary focus will be field engagement and converting leads into referral partners. This role offers autonomy and a chance to shape the provider partnerships function in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~4 days per week meeting providers within your territory.
• Research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
• Build trust with leads and convert them into referral partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with clinic staff to support referrals.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role.
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch.
• Professional presence to influence across entire office staff.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
