Description

You will lead all engineering and operational aspects across the region, driving energy-saving programs and overseeing major capital projects. You'll manage budgets, nurture client relationships, and provide leadership to engineering staff to enhance asset value and service excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry-related experience in engineering or facilities management
• Engineering and trade licenses as required by local regulations
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems
• Strong skills in contract administration and project management
• SMT/SMA certification preferred

Responsibilities
