💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design of the Host experience from free trial creation through Day 60, including onboarding flows, upgrade moments, and retention touchpoints for a pioneering community platform. Your work will directly impact the success of creators like Tony Robbins and Dr. Mark Hyman, helping them generate real outcomes through community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design of the Host experience from free trial creation through Day 60.
• Maintain a living, documented system of all conversion and onboarding flows in Figma.
• Design and ship prototypes and experiments rapidly.
• Partner with the Mighty AI Cohost team to design AI experiences for new Hosts.

📋 Requirements

• Designed onboarding, conversion, or activation flows for a consumer or prosumer product.
• Equally fluent in Figma and building prototypes for rapid discovery.
• Comfortable with data — you look at experiment results and adapt designs.
• Can work fast and loose on tests but polish what ships.
