Description

You will be the main point of contact for large cloud customers, supporting them from fit-out through go-live and onboarding in hyperscale data centres. You'll coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual requirements are met, participate in design reviews, and manage fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout build, fit-out, and onboarding
Ensure Early Access, Ready for Service, and other contractual requirements are met
Coordinate with internal teams to track and maintain compliance with customer contract obligations
Participate in design reviews and project meetings
Project manage fit-outs delivered on behalf of customers
