• Mentor new starters and less senior team members
• Coordinate design workshops ensuring all engineers contribute
• Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Drive unit test coverage expectations and TDD adoption

• Expert in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Hands-on delivery of Android applications end-to-end
• SOLID principles and Clean Architecture experience
• Coordinate solution design with architectural vision
