Description

As Celonis's Field CTO, you will serve as a high-impact technical advisor to strategic prospects and customers, translating complex business transformations into scalable technical strategies while championing Process Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Modernization.

Requirements

• 15-20 years experience as CTO at consulting firm, Field CTO, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of at least one ERP (SAP or Oracle) or domain expertise in regulated industries like Financial Services
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT-related field

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning strategic goals with Celonis technical vision
• Lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy for global accounts using Capability Mapping
• Architect first-of-a-kind solutions with emergent technologies like Agentic AI
• Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to drive revenue through acquisition and up-selling
• Develop thought leadership content including position papers and presentations
