Description

You'll own and scale HiveWatch's AI Operator product suite, defining the vision and roadmap for how AI transforms security operations. You'll work closely with customers and technical teams to build AI products that augment human decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years building and scaling AI/ML or computer vision-powered products
• Proven track record of launching successful AI products in B2B or enterprise environments
• Strong technical depth in computer vision, generative AI, natural language processing, anomaly detection, model architectures, and deployment optimization
• Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills and analytical approach

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for AI Operator and emerging AI product portfolio
• Drive end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies from concept through launch and iteration
• Understand security operations workflows and shepherd AI products to provide force multiplication and optimize user experience
• Engage directly with customers to validate product direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption
• Define and track KPIs to measure AI product efficacy and utilization, using data to continuously optimize
