You'll act as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. You'll own the highest-priority initiatives from China expansion to building operating systems. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive China market entry from strategy to execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans
• Support fundraising preparations and investor coordination
• Establish A1's presence in China including office setup

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or startups
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency — figures things out and moves without waiting for instructions
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders
