💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for transitioning from signed contracts to live network services. Your impact will drive on-time delivery of Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, and IP Transit services. This role is the bridge between Acquisition and Network Operations at a growing Alphabet company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a hybrid team of Program Managers and Technical Provisioners
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, and IP Transit services
• Oversee physical and logical activation with 100% inventory accuracy
• Hold carriers and vendors to contractual timelines and lead executive reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in network service delivery or technical program management
• 3 years of experience in a formal people management role
• Experience managing delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects like Dark Fiber IRUs
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep technical understanding of fiber characterization and optical transceivers
• Experience at a major Internet service provider or Tier 1/2 Carrier
• Experience with Network Inventory Management systems and Salesforce
