You'll develop and oversee Robinhood's Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline, partnering with legal and compliance teams to strengthen ethical decision-making across the company. You'll guide employees on conflicts of interest and support investigations into potential policy violations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee the Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline
• Provide guidance on Code of Conduct and conflict of interest matters
• Partner with legal, compliance, and people teams on ethics initiatives
• Create training content and monitor program effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Compliance and Ethics Officer
• Financial services experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
