💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute experiments to support gene therapy product development. You'll optimize upstream AAV processes, analyze data, and author technical reports. This contract role offers exposure to cross-functional teams in a biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate process changes for upstream AAV optimization.
• Manufacture AAV in shake flasks or bioreactors.
• Author technical documentation including batch records.
• Analyze data and present results to cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• BS with 5+ years in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors at various scales.
• Broad experience in cGMP biologics manufacturing and documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with insect cell-baculovirus expression technology.
• Working knowledge of analytical assays like PCR.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines.
