You'll join the Accounting Solutions team at Housecall Pro to deliver month-end bookkeeping and onboarding support for home service professionals. You'll ensure accurate financial records and help small businesses streamline their accounting. This role offers exposure to embedded financial products like payments and banking within a fast-growing fintech suite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet month-end service delivery deadlines for all dedicated accounts
• Guide customers through a white-glove onboarding journey
• Draw upon bookkeeping expertise to answer client questions
• Foster exceptional customer experiences and ensure timely follow-ups

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience
• In-depth understanding of SMB accounting methods and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent certification (QBO Proadvisor)

• Interest or experience in home service business trades
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting bookkeeping and tax questions
