Description
You will lead our Fraud Management, Dispute Management, and Abuse Prevention offerings, owning the end-to-end PMM strategy to drive differentiation and growth. You'll develop market positioning, messaging, and brand identity that resonates with enterprise buyers, analysts, and investors. Additionally, you'll orchestrate GTM plans for new features and identify growth opportunities to expand into new industries or capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or analytics space
- Experience targeting retail and commerce organizations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environment
- Strategic communication skills to create compelling customer-facing narratives and competitive positioning
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale impact
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse global stakeholders
- Growth mindset as a self-starter who can build programs from scratch
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Forter's overall market positioning, narrative, messaging, and brand identity
- Turn fraud mitigation approach into simple, powerful messaging for C-suite executives and fraud practitioners
- Orchestrate GTM game plan for new features and offerings
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting to support live deals and gather feedback
- Research and validate ways to expand into new industries or launch new capabilities
- Lead win/loss program analysis to improve win rate
- Become expert on competitors and customers to translate market trends into insights
- Create thought-leadership, playbooks, and sales assets
