You'll manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring strong execution across onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You'll own customer health and retention outcomes while coaching CSMs to become trusted advisors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
• Establish standards for success planning, customer health, and value delivery
• Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes
• Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
• 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management
