💼 About This Role

You'll manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring strong execution across onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You'll own customer health and retention outcomes while coaching CSMs to become trusted advisors. This role offers the chance to impact enterprise customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Establish standards for success planning, customer health, and value delivery
  • Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes
  • Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
  • 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management
