💼 About This Role

You'll support traffic engineering projects including traffic studies, signal design, and simulation modeling for major corridors. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated transportation solutions for public and private clients in a 100% employee-owned firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support project managers in planning and executing traffic engineering projects.
• Perform traffic engineering analysis: traffic counts, LOS, safety evaluations.
• Prepare designs for traffic control devices including signals and marking plans.
• Prepare technical calculations, exhibits, and plan sheets using design software.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• AutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• PTOE certification
• Synchro 12 and traffic signal operations experience
• VISSIM traffic simulation modeling experience
