Description

You will coordinate, execute, and support government relations, communications, and community engagement activities for Nebius, a global AI cloud infrastructure company. You'll work across verticals and locations, engaging with external stakeholders and supporting trade association activities. This is a remote role with some travel to data center markets required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in project management and confidence coordinating activities internally and externally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing up to anticipate needs and collaborate on solutions
• High attention to detail and data quality mindset
• Solutions-focused mindset to understand challenges and work collaboratively towards solutions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities internally across markets and verticals and externally with consulting firms
• Support VP of Public Affairs to deliver engagement strategies and ensure activities stay on schedule
• Track, assess, and action external engagement efforts alongside in-market peers
• Develop relationships and engage with external stakeholders nationally, regionally, and locally
• Create internal and external facing content including presentations, fact sheets, blogs, and meeting briefs
