You'll oversee cell therapy production at a clinical manufacturing facility in Sacramento, ensuring adherence to cGMP standards. Your leadership ensures timely, compliant manufacturing for patients in clinical trials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise team of production associates during shift operations
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet schedule and quality goals
• Execute and enforce cGMP-compliant SOPs and batch records
• Provide on-the-floor training, mentorship, and performance feedback

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in biology or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory or team experience
• Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing practices and clean room operations
