Description

Lead the evolution of Miro's financial planning infrastructure as the primary owner of Pigment. You will build the source of truth for annual planning, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting by bridging financial logic and scalable system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance, Data, Systems, or similar role
• 2+ years hands-on model building in connected planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive)
• Strong systems fluency with dimensions, versions, data types
• Builder mindset for problem-solving
• Ability to translate system-speak for non-technical partners

Responsibilities

• Own Pigment environment end-to-end lifecycle
• Build dynamic, scalable, audit-ready financial models in Pigment
• Optimize data flows between Pigment and tech stack (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake)
• Create documentation and lead training for Finance and Business Org
• Identify and automate bottlenecks in planning cycles
