💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build the Agentic Data Plane (ADP) that powers how AI agents interact with enterprise data. You'll translate emerging research into concrete engineering proposals and shape the product's architecture with strategic customers. This role combines cutting-edge agentic AI infrastructure with a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track emerging research in agentic AI and propose engineering initiatives.
• Prototype and deliver high-leverage capabilities for the Agentic Data Plane.
• Define architectural patterns for new capabilities integrating with existing layers.
• Engage with strategic customers to stress-test capabilities in real deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience building agentic AI infrastructure (eval frameworks, orchestration, etc.).
• Deep expertise in Go and comfort across the stack.
• Experience with streaming data systems or data plane architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI safety or responsible AI research.
• Experience with protocol buffers and codegen.
• Background in security, identity, or data governance systems.
