🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries
• Own full employee lifecycle administration
• Support People Partners in managing ER cases
• Ensure accurate payroll and benefits processing

📋 Requirements

• Experience in HR administration or entry-level advisory
• Understanding of Spanish employment law
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 or HR/Business degree
• Proficiency in English and native Spanish
